Limited Lifetime Warranty - US Customers

We stand behind our product and workmanship 100%.

If your Spirit Morse Key has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

The decision to repair or replace rests solely with AF6L.com.
This does not apply to minor cosmetic issues, wear & tear, misuse, and abuse.

Please contact us to arrange the return - we will cover the cost of return shipping within the first 30 days from purchase.

This warranty is valid from the date of purchase until this product is no longer on the market.


If a returned key is found to have no manufacturing defect upon inspection, it will be treated as a service/adjustment return instead and shipping both ways will not be covered.


Limited Lifetime Warranty - Non-US Customers

We offer international customers the same warranty coverage as US customers outlined above, but we do not cover any shipping costs above those of a US-based customer.

Please register your Spirit Morse Key to take full advantage of this warranty.

Service and Adjustments

If you wish to send in your key for service or adjustment, please contact us to arrange its return. 

The customer will be responsible for the shipping both ways, labor, and the cost of parts replaced.  We will not incur any costs until they have been agreed with you.


 Returns

We believe that the Spirit Morse Key is excellent value for money, but sometimes things just do not match expectations.

If you wish to return your Spirit Morse Key, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee if the key is returned within 30 days.

Please contact us to arrange a safe return - If the product is returned damaged, or is damaged in transit, we will deduct a proportional amount.


Liability

Under no circumstances is AF6L.com liable for consequential damages to a person or property by the use of any of our products.

This warranty is given in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied.

AF6L.com reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design or manufacture without incurring any obligation to install such changes upon any of the products previously manufactured.

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
